By purchasing access to any courses, membership sites, mini-courses, presets, or other digital products (“Offerings”) from Jessica Jane Photography, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Main Course Only)

We want you to be satisfied and get real value from the course.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the main JJP Method course only.

If you complete 100% of the course (all modules marked finished) within 30 days of purchase and still feel it wasn’t right for you, email jessica@jessicajanephotography.com.au with proof of completion (e.g., screenshot of 100% progress bar or last module). We will refund you in full within 7 business days, no questions asked.

Important:

  • This guarantee applies only to the main JJP Method course.
  • Mini-courses, mobile presets, workshops, and all other Offerings are non-refundable.
  • No refunds are available after 30 days from the date of purchase, regardless of whether you completed the course.
  • If you selected a payment plan and do not request a refund within 30 days, you remain responsible for all remaining payments.

1. Access & Delivery

Upon successful payment, you receive immediate digital access via login. Access is personal and non-transferable. You must keep your login credentials confidential.

2. No Medical, Legal, Financial or Professional Advice

All Offerings are for educational and inspirational purposes only. They are not a substitute for personalised medical, legal, financial, business, photography, parenting or any other professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for your specific situation.

3. Assumption of Risk – No Liability for Injury or Damage

You participate in all photography activities, including but not limited to posing newborns, using props (baskets, blankets, pillows, wraps), and any other techniques taught in the Offerings, entirely at your own risk.

Jessica Jane Photography is not responsible or liable for any injury, harm, damage (to persons, property, equipment, or otherwise), loss, or accident that may occur while applying the techniques, even if caused by negligence or error in the materials. This includes (without limitation) risks to babies, children, yourself, or others during shoots.

You agree to indemnify and hold Jessica Jane Photography harmless from any claims, costs, or liabilities arising from your use of the Offerings.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the Offerings (videos, PDFs, worksheets, images, copy, systems, processes) is owned by Jessica Jane Photography and protected by copyright law.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials solely for your own personal or professional development.

You may not:

  • Copy, share, distribute, sell, teach, re-record or repurpose any content
  • Claim any materials as your own
  • Use the content to create competing products or services

Any breach may result in immediate termination of access without refund and possible legal action.

5. Testimonials & User Content

If you provide a testimonial, comment, photo or other content (via email, social media, application forms, etc.), you grant Jessica Jane Photography an unlimited, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish and repurpose it (with or without your name/likeness) for marketing or educational purposes.

Providing testimonials is voluntary and you are not required to do so.

6. Payment & Cancellation

All payments are processed at purchase.
If you choose a payment plan, you authorise recurring charges until the full amount is paid.
Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

7. Disclaimer & No Guarantees

Results are not guaranteed. Your success depends on your effort, application and individual circumstances. We do not guarantee any specific financial, business, photography or personal outcome. All Offerings are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jessica Jane Photography is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the Offerings.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith communication. If unresolved, they will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Offerings after changes constitutes acceptance.
