Sit back, relax and watch your baby be photographed in the most adorable poses. Parents often nap themselves during the session – it almost always seems to be the dads! Seriously though, those 2 hourly feeds are a killer so you’re welcome to zonk here.

To get these curled up squishy poses the session ideally needs to happen within the first 14 days of life. This is because they are used to being curled up in the womb. Once babies are older, they are often harder to curl in these adorable poses and aren’t as sleepy. To ensure baby is comfortable and with regular feeding breaks, sessions typically take 2-3hours.

Sessions are often booked out 3 months in advance so please please please don’t wait until baby is born – it may be too late. Would you like to know what to expect at a newborn photography session?
